The great thing about exploring Pose Fair is that you can always find pose stores that you have never heard of before. I tend to stay on my platform a lot and well most of my time previously was spent building but I have taken a break from that at the moment. I happened to come across this store called “Aerial Poses” and they had a few cute pose sets but what really caught my eye was the pose set they made specifically for Steampunk pictures.
In the set you get 10 creative poses that work well with the typical victorian-esque styled dresses that most wear when role-playing in Steampunk. Since there are so many different fashionable ways to dress an avatar the poses in this set would work well with any outfit. I loved the foot positioning and the movement between poses was rather beautiful.
I had all these corny pirate sayings to go with this post but I figured you all heard them all before. So here I am showcasing the new release by Ploom at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival. You can attain all the colors by luck at just 99L per play!!! The hair is called “YAR!” which is a clever name for this hair.
The hair pairs well with another popular gacha item. Which is the Alchemy Pirate Wench Outfit. Just my luck I got the purple one from my dearest boo.
Every once in a while there are events in SL that make you wonder what kind of items would be offered at it and with the Body Modification Expo there were limitless options. [Atooly] is offering these lovely mesh sweetheart hoop earrings, in the pack you get 2 sizes. I am wearing the smaller size because I opted to wear a collared mesh jacket and the bigger one got lost in the jacket. There are a few color options for you to choose from and the EXPO is open until November 3rd so you still have some time to acquire these stunning earrings. They are 125L each or get all the colors for 825L (which I may add is quite a steal).
Below I am also wearing a pair of ombre leggings that [Atooly] released for the Rack this past Saturday. I just wanted to display how beautiful they are and maybe if you lovely customers cross your fingers she’ll make more.
Well today is day 3 of A Clockwork Spiral and there is just 2 more days left of the 5 day extravaganza. I apologize for not getting these posts out sooner, but I will do a really awesome one tonight so you can see the cool items available.
This morning I am featuring items by La Petite Morte, Avatar Bizarre, House of Rain, and Squeek! I thought it would be fun to run around the event and take pictures. Well I went afk for a few minutes and some delightful person had pushed me off the magical island in the sky.
As I was plummeting down, I quickly fumbled through my inventory for the landmark. I regained entrance into the wonderful event and set up my first pose. I thought to myself, “What if I was today’s impromptu entertainer on the promenade?” So I attempted to gather a audience with my lovely look, but alas it was futile.
I walked further down the promenade and jumped up on the concrete so that I can be seen by those shopping and exploring the event. I began my entertainment portion of the evening. Was I naked behind the umbrella? Or was it a lovely quick slide of hand.
I garnered a tiny audience and I continued with my entertainment portion, posing and singing in my lovely new attire.
I concluded my show and I was left once again with one of my besties in the world, sitting upon my shoulder.

Today I’m going to showcase items from some really amazing stores. Alot of us are aware of lassitude & ennui for their amazing meshwork on shoes, clothing, jewelry, and etc…
The picture below was me playing around with windlight, I started off wearing the dress that jackal released as a RFL item at Fantasy Faire but this morning I decided to wear a different dress.
I decided on a dress from a store that is new to me, ^v^DRBC^v^. I loved the texture work and it was sexy and worked well with the macabre jewelry set.
Last but not least, I need to talk about this skin. Really fellow goths on my plurk timeline how have I not ever heard of this store. Faerycat Designs created one of the most beautiful gothic skins and you can purchase lipsticks seperately. I went for a more classic gothic look and used one of the dark red colors with lip liner. Also, I can’t forget about the appliers for SLINK hands and feet. I had to play with my new SL mesh hands now and I finally was able to with the skin applier hud. I threw on some nails from Kosh to finish my look.

As some of you are aware, Fantasy Faire began yesterday. I hope you have been able to see the creative builds and explore the extensive amount of vendors. Tonight I am showcasing items from FATEwear and a necklace from ni.ju
When I first saw the previews of these items on Damian Fate’s plurk timeline, I immediately had visions of Lord of the Rings and I knew exactly how I wanted to style these items. I was lucky enough to be given the honor of receiving blogger copies so I was a tad ecstatic. There are three outfits, two for males and one for females. Each outfit is available in three colors. There are two elven styled outfits and one for mages.
Up first is the female elven outfit. The outfit is called “Rochon” and is all mesh. You can either go barefoot or accessorize with a nice pair of boots. I also accessorized this outfit with a necklace from ni.ju since it fit the style perfectly. So when you think of elves featured in Lord of The Rings they all had beautiful white/silvery hair so I found one that I thought gave an asthetic appeal to the outfit.
The second outfit is called “Feredir” which sounds like such a strong male elven character name. You can wear this outfit in two ways: with or without cloak. No shoes are necessary the entire outfit is one piece. I had a few looky loo’s while I was taking this picture and some girl was hitting on me….so I’m guessing my boy shape ain’t half bad lol.
The last outfit is called “Ithron” and this is what I have deemed a typical mage/magician outfit. Usually magicians are quite older and experienced with how the world works. The mage I created is barely entering his elder years so he is still in the process of learning all that is to be known. I’m wearing a skin from Sacred Skins that comes with facial hair.
Just less than one more day and Fantasy Faire will open for everyone to see. From what I hear the sims are extremely beautiful and I can’t wait to see them. This morning I am going to showcase to you items from FallAngel Creations. FallnAngel Creations has proved to be one of those brands with staying power, their items cater to RP avatars. The items I was given to showcase are extremely stunning so lets get started with the pictures.
Up first is this lovely dress with rainbow accents. I loved how beautiful the textures were and the creativity in the arrangement of the flowers. This outfit is called “Calena Gown” and this is the FF Exclusive Rainbow version.
Up next are the “Arilia Boots” in a special FF Exclusive Rainbow version. When I first put them on I was like “Hey! Where is my rainbow boots of awesome?” but once my eye stopped tweaking I realized that the boots randomly cycle through several colors, so in essence they are rainbow boots. I loved that they cycled through different colors and this is definitely a creative idea. The boots are about knee-high length with stiletto heels and a sexy zipper up the back.
Now this dress is the more gothic version of the “Calena Gown” and it is an Fantasy Faire Exclusive version of Black/Red. The dress is so beautiful and I loved the blood red roses.
So I’m dubbing this particular pose as Prince dorkbutt. The outfit is another Fantasy Faire Exclusive Item and is the “Elliott Suit”. I loved the lovely layers of the coat and rich vivid colors. The intricate detailing on the coat showcases a more distinguished look.
Last but not least, the RFL Item for Fantasy Faire. When I saw this item I immediately fell in love with this outfit. I am always looking for beautiful silks and when I saw this outfit it was like a dream come true. Now that I’m looking at the picture I think I may have overstretched the skirt piece but it still looks awesome. The sheer fabric, intricate details on the bodice. This outfit is perfect for fantasy RP.
