I Find You’re Gone

Today is the last day of World Goth Faire 2014. You can still acquire all the wonderful items today if you haven’t dropped by.

I have been in somewhat of a social funk lately and the music of Wolfsheim always seems to soothe me when I am having problems. And I thought the music fit appropriately with the Solitude poses by [Black Tulip].

I am wearing a variety of items available at World Goth Faire this year. The outfit is by Sakide and it is called “Excess”. The outfit itself comes with leggings that fit SLINK High Feet and I loved the way Kinu textured the item. Adding a bit of latex allure with a touch of lace accents.

Normally I don’t like wearing anything that bears a crucifix, but I liked the unique style of the heels by Dark Passions. I thought they worked perfectly with the outfit.

Last but not least I want to focus on the makeup available at World Goth Faire this year. There were so many talented creators who provided beautiful makeup. In the photo below I am wearing eye makeup by Pin Me Down and lipstick by Beautiful Freak. I am also wearing a facial piercing by ellabella that appears to look like makeup in this pic. I am also wearing a lovely manicure by Dark Passions, it is the “Shades of Red” set and I love the change in gradient between all the nails in the set. I picked the one that was the most red.

World Goth Faire – Post #2

This is the last week of World Goth Faire and you have until the 1st of June to check out all these amazing items. In this post I am showcasing items from stores that are relatively new to me and also my attempt at a furniture post. Please bare with me because there are a ton of pictures but I hope you enjoy them all!

First I want to start off with the lovely furniture created by 22769~bauwerk.

As you can see the creators behind the brand went above and beyond with their creations. My fave item is the Cthulhu Chair, it features a wide variety of sit poses that are included in all 22769~bauwerk items. The lamp was actually quite intriguing it was a bit more mystical looking for me but added the right gothic allure to the room. Not only did 22769~bauwerk create lovely furniture items, they also created a lovely gothic gazebo.

I also included some lovely items from ~By Nacht~ in the gazebo to add to my Cthulhu decor. I loved the statue and the lamp, each with tentacles popping out everywhere. This is another view of the Gazebo by 22769~bauwerk. You can see the lovely crucifixes adorning the top with a cathedral style top.

Now I am going to switch the focus of this post back to fashion. First I am going to show you these lovely shoes by Lovely Monsters. They work with SLINK feet (Mid Height) and are absolutely adorable. I love how the creator adorned these heels.

I also decided to wear one of the outfits by Lovely Monsters called “Dark Flight” I loved the Dark Blue Accents on the dress. I coordinated the look with bat garters by Squeek!. I will admit I had a pretty rough time working with the resize hud. I am not a huge fan of resize huds in general but it took some tweaking and I finally got the item resized to a pretty close size of my legs. I did love the concept of the garters, I swear put batwings on something and I will swoon all over them.

Last but not least I want to showcase this lovely manicure by ~By Snow~. I have been meaning to drop by her mainstore but I always get sidetracked with my 10 million projects. I’ve seen the items she has created for other events and they are spectacular. I hope this picture does justice to her lovely manicure. I chose Dark Blue nails to match my outfit.

World Goth Faire – Post #1

World Goth Faire has officially begun and there are so many awesome creators who have come together for one cause, Sophie Lancaster. As with previous years, The World Goth Faire will donate all proceeds to The Sophie Lancaster Foundation. If you are not aware of this foundation click here for more information.

Today I am going to showcase you a variety of items that are available at World Goth Faire this year. I started off with this lovely outfit from Sn@tch, and if you know Ivey Deschanel she always includes a great variety of colors in her outfit packs. I loved how the skirt hugged my avatars curves and gave me a very sexy silhouette.

To compliment the outfit I put on the lovely tights by Cannibelle, they gave that gothic mistress allure that I loved. I knew I wanted to pair off the outfit with items from Bliensen + Maitai.

I wore the Morticia Heels by Bliensen + Maitai; these particular heels featured a lace edging on the upper portion of the heels. These heels are SLINK compatible and available in a wide variety of colors.

I also accessorized my look with the beautiful Pipistrello Bag. The bag is adorned with lovely bat accents and also has a beautiful lace motif. I loved how beauty and elegance of the bag. The bag is also available in a variety of colors. This bag also coordinates with the Pipistrello Jewelry items that are also available at Bliensen + Maitai.

But my look needed some finishing touches, I remembered that Keishii Roo had released a beautiful line of Gothic Skins and a lovely necklace that would finish off my look. The skin comes with phat azz/cutie azz appliers, slink appliers, and tango appliers. I am wearing the 50% donation to Charity Version of the skins which is titled “Bat Wings”. I loved the dark allure of the makeup and the necklace just added the right touch of color to my look. I am also wearing wonderful eyes by *Atomic Faery* that comes with a HUD to texture change to a variety of colors, as you can see I was totally channeling my inner Bowie.

Great items @ World Goth Fair

Today I’m going to showcase items from some really amazing stores. Alot of us are aware of lassitude & ennui for their amazing meshwork on shoes, clothing, jewelry, and etc…

The picture below was me playing around with windlight, I started off wearing the dress that jackal released as a RFL item at Fantasy Faire but this morning I decided to wear a different dress.

I decided on a dress from a store that is new to me, ^v^DRBC^v^. I loved the texture work and it was sexy and worked well with the macabre jewelry set.

Last but not least, I need to talk about this skin. Really fellow goths on my plurk timeline how have I not ever heard of this store. Faerycat Designs created one of the most beautiful gothic skins and you can purchase lipsticks seperately. I went for a more classic gothic look and used one of the dark red colors with lip liner. Also, I can’t forget about the appliers for SLINK hands and feet. I had to play with my new SL mesh hands now and I finally was able to with the skin applier hud. I threw on some nails from Kosh to finish my look.

Adore & Abhor @ World Goth Faire 2013

Adore & Abhor has some really great items out for World Goth Faire 2013. Sileny and Airedine worked really hard to bring you some quality merchandise at affordable pricing. Sileny is the mistress behind the beautiful makeups and nails available at WGF and Airedine is the master of mesh with this beautiful EGL dress.

Alot of you are not aware but when Airedine first opened her store she first began creating EGL clothing and etc. Now as years have passed she has broadened her design scope and increased her skills in design. When she joined forces with Sileny all I knew was there was going to be some amazingness to be set out in SL by this lovely and sexy duet.

Up first I am showcasing the EGL Dresses with some really adorable backpacks by ::squeek!::

I loved how beautiful the design of the dresses are and they are all one attachment. So no need for multiple alpha layers for one outfit. The next picture I wanted to showcase Sileny’s pasty makeup. I think it was the perfect addition to my look.

Now I wanted to show the beautiful nails that Sileny had designed but I’m starting to think I really need to go on a pose shopping vendor. I had to change out of the EGL dress so I changed into another dress created by Airedine. I hope you enjoy the closeups of the Bat and Kitty Nails.

Lola by Zanzibar Creations @ World Goth Faire 2013

So I have this awesome friend, Arora Zanzibar, who has this awesome store called “Zanzibar Creations (.: ZcZ :.)” and I like to drop hints on what kind of stuff I like to wear. This time she took one of my hints and made this super awesome Cyber Goth Outfit that comes with boots. The plus side of this dress is there are 2 versions: the colours and the darks. Each version, along with the boots, comes with a hud to change the textures of the items you are wearing. I mean talk about how neat that is. I swear this woman is a machine. She’s always building and designing stuff all the time and she amazes me to no end.

Oh I guess I should say why I’m worshipping her like a goddess. Well there are times when I like to pretend items named “Lola” are named after be but this time its definitely true!! So staying true to my personality she made something sexy and with edge cuz you know I’m all like that in my tiny body. Up first I’m showcasing the Colours version. As you can see I was able to coordinate my boots with my dress perfectly.

The next dress is the Dark Colours and via the hud you can change the biohazard design while keeping a sexy little black dress on.

I also wanted to showcase the new hair in this post, its by Alice Project and is called “Arctica” and is also available at WGF. Last but not least the beautiful necklace by ::collisions:: I love the intricate detail of the necklace.

Sn@tch & Nuuna’s Skins @ World Goth Fair

Today I’m focusing on two brands for this particular post. The first is the lovely skin by +Nuuna’s Skins+ and the other is the lovely partial mesh outfit from Sn@tch. Nuuna is known for her beautiful makeup tattoos and recently her skins have been garnering much needed acclaim. Nuuna has always been super talented. Even before she opened her store I loved her blog and the looks she created with each post. When she came out with a store, I bought a few things. But I always know if I want uniquely beautiful makeup I can go to her store. The skin I purchased at World Goth Fair during Blogger Preview Day was the exclusive version and it was pretty affordable at 300L. As for Sn@tch I think I have sang my praises of Ivey many of times on this blog. The outfit she has set out as a exclusive item is available in a gajillion colors as always.

Up first I’m going to give you a close-up of the corset and the wonderful skin. I am wearing another pair of eyes from RUE called princess. And I accented my outfit with accessories from Bliensen + MaiTai.

The outfit also comes with gloves and leather pants. I decided to wear my fave pair of heels with the outfit by N-Core, but you can wear a nice pair of boots with the outfit also.

RUE, Pin Me Down, and Perception @ World Goth Fair

Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been gone most of the week. I have been sick again with migraines and working all day with computers is daunting enough as is. I had already styled this outfit the last time I was in SL. I wanted to showcase items from *Perception*, {Rue}, and Pin Me Down. I absolutely love the eyes from {Rue} and I’m so happy she’s back in SL, probably been back a while but I have also had absences from SL as well. But she didn’t just stop there with a massive release of eyes, she also released some amazing pairs of mesh jeans. I love the colors and I am wearing the 100% donation pair. *Perception* is a store that a great friend of mine recommended and I love all her corset work. A new to me store is “Pin Me Down (PMD)” and so far I’m loving what I see. They have a wide variety of makeups and also a great start into nail design for the SLINK hands.

Ok so I guess I should start showing you some pics. I wanted to do a fun and quirky pose for the jeans and corset picture so I chose this particular pose in the Savoir Faire Shapes posebox. I am also wearing Evilyn makeup by Pin me Down.

Then I wanted to showcase all the different eye makeups that I received in my blogger pack. I absolutely adore them all but if I had to chose one I would go with the liners (there are 8 colors to choose from).

Last but not least, I found it real hard to find a pose that would showcase the nails just right, so I turned to Glitterati “Jewelry Poses” and now I know what area I lack in poses lol. All of the nails are beautiful but I realize now that they came out a bit darker than they should be so you aren’t seeing all the details. My fave nail of the pack is the white nail with spiderwebs.

Draconic Kiss @ World Goth Fair

One of the few stores I shopped at when I was beginning my phase of gothic lolita in SL was at Draconic Kiss I loved all her dresses and I loved that you could win them also in a lucky chair. Oh how I stalked that chair with a vengeance. The prices at Draconic Kiss were pretty reasonable and she was one of a handfull of EGL designers that gave items on all clothing layers. When sculpts became more prevalent in clothing, she dove head forward into creating lots of lovely sculpted items. She is not just a EGL designer she also designs some of the most rad costumes ever. For a while we hadn’t heard from the creator behind Draconic Kiss and then out of nowhere she released her first mesh dress. It was so beautiful with the floral designs on the skirt.

Now you are wondering…Hey Lola! quit with the yapping and show us some pictures already. So I will digress into my first picture. The first item being offered by Draconic Kiss is the Lillabeth Outfit that features a mesh corset and skirt that are menu driven by a hud. This particular item is a 100% donation item for The Sophie Lancaster Foundation. I am always wearing the Black Widow Necklace which is a 50% donation to WGF.

The last outfit is called “Wilted Blossoms” and is a 50% donation. This particular outfit is available in several colors. I love the floral detail on the dress. I am wearing the color “Putrid”.
